Our Core Values

Jesus Christ is our life and our sufficiency; through His Word we are formed, through prayer we depend, by His Spirit we worship, with His love we move toward the broken, and together we live out His gospel.

LOVE

We are shaped by agapē love—the self-giving love of God revealed in Jesus and poured out for others. Therefore, we are committed to loving God and loving others, and to be known for our love for one another.

WORSHIP

We are shaped by worship that is led by the Spirit and centered on Jesus—offered in reverence, authenticity, and joyful surrender. Therefore, we gather to glorify God with our whole lives, declaring Christ as our only need.

SERVICE

We are shaped by the servant heart of Jesus, who came not to be served but to serve and give His life for many. Therefore, we willingly give ourselves for the good of others, meeting needs with humility, compassion, and grace.

EVANGELISM

We are shaped by the good news of Jesus Christ, who alone brings forgiveness, life, and hope. Therefore, we boldly and lovingly share the gospel, inviting others to discover and depend on Him as their only need.

DISCIPLESHIP

We are shaped by the call of Jesus to follow Him and be transformed into His likeness. Therefore, we commit to growing in faith through Scripture, prayer, obedience, and life together as we learn to delight in Christ.

STEWARDSHIP

We are shaped by the truth that everything we have belongs to God and is entrusted to us by His grace. Therefore, we faithfully steward our time, gifts, and resources to glorify Christ and advance His work.

UNITY

We are shaped by our shared life in Christ, who has made us one through His sacrifice. Therefore, we pursue unity marked by humility, forgiveness, and peace, reflecting the reconciling power of the gospel.

HOLINESS

We are shaped by the holiness of God revealed in Jesus, who calls us to be set apart for Him. Therefore, we seek lives of obedience, purity, and repentance, relying on the Spirit to form Christ within us.

MISSION

We are shaped by the mission of Jesus, who was sent to seek and save the lost. Therefore, we live as sent people, proclaiming and demonstrating the gospel so that others may find true life in Him.

Our Beliefs

We invite you to explore what we believe and join us as we live out our faith with bold obedience and joyful dependence on Jesus.

  • The Godhead - God The Father

God the Father - We believe in one God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth, who is sovereign, holy, loving, and faithful. He sustains all things according to His will and graciously draws people to Himself for His glory.

Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist.” (1 Corinthians 8:6)

Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name.” (Matthew 6:9)

  • The Godhead - God the Son

God the Son - We believe that Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, and reigns as Lord. Through Him alone we receive forgiveness, salvation, and eternal life.

In the beginning was the Word... and the Word was God.” (John 1:1, 14)

There is salvation in no one else.” (Acts 4:12)

  • The Godhead - God The Holy Spirit

God the Holy Spirit - We believe in the Holy Spirit, fully God, who convicts the world of sin, gives new life to those who believe, and dwells within believers to guide, empower, and transform them to live in obedience to Christ.

When the Helper [Comforter] comes… he will bear witness about me.” (John 15:26)

Walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.” (Galatians 5:16)

  • The Bible

The Authority of Scripture - We believe that the Bible is God-breathed, written by human authors under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and is the final authority for faith and life. Scripture reveals God’s truth, leads us to salvation through Jesus Christ, and equips believers to live in obedience to Him.

“All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness.” (2 Timothy 3:16)

“For no prophecy was ever produced by the will of man, but men spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit.” (2 Peter 1:21)

  • Humanity & Sin

Humanity and Sin - We believe that all people are created in the image of God. Because of sin all are separated from Him and unable to restore themselves. Sin affects every part of human life and leaves all in need of God’s grace and redemption through Jesus Christ.

All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)

So God created man in his own image.” (Genesis 1:27)

  • Salvation

Salvation - We believe that salvation is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus provides forgiveness of sins, reconciliation with God, and eternal life to all who trust in Him.

For by grace you have been saved through faith.” (Ephesians 2:8–9)

If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” (2 Corinthians 5:17)

  • Water Baptism

Water Baptism - We believe that water baptism is an outward expression of an inward transformation, commanded by Jesus for those who believe. Baptism symbolizes our identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection and our new life in Him.

Repent and be baptized… in the name of Jesus Christ.” (Acts 2:38)

We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death.” (Romans 6:4)

  • New Life in Jesus - The Father’s Promise

New Life in Christ - We believe that through faith in Jesus Christ, believers receive new life and the indwelling presence of God. By the Holy Spirit, we live in Christ and Christ lives in us, bringing us into true fellowship and oneness with the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus prayed for this union, saying:

That they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us.” (John 17:21)

Scripture affirms this new life and abiding relationship:

Christ in you, the hope of glory.” (Colossians 1:27)

Abide in me, and I in you.” (John 15:4)

Through this oneness in Christ, we are transformed and empowered to live for God’s glory.

Because Christ lives in us and we live in Him, Jesus is truly our only need.

  • Fasting & Prayer

Fasting and Prayer - We believe that fasting and prayer are essential spiritual disciplines through which believers depend on God, seek His will, and grow closer to Him. Through prayer and fasting, we humble ourselves before God, align our hearts with His purposes, and trust Him as our only source of strength and provision.

Jesus teaches us to pray and to fast as part of a faithful life, and He reminds us that some spiritual battles require both prayer and fasting:

    When you pray…” (Matthew 6:6)

    When you fast…” (Matthew 6:16)

This kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.” (Matthew 17:21)

  • Divine Healing

Divine Healing - We believe that God is our healer and that healing is revealed in Scripture and made available through Jesus Christ. We trust in God’s grace and power to heal according to His will, and we seek Him in faith through prayer and fasting.

I am the Lord who heals you.” (Exodus 15:26)

He sent His word and healed them.” (Psalm 107:20)

Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church… And the prayer of faith will save the one who is sick.” (James 5:14–15)

  • The Church - The Body of Christ

The Church - We believe that the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all believers who are united in Him. Christ alone is the head of the Church, and we depend fully on Him for life, direction, and growth.

Scripture teaches that we belong to one another in love:

Now you are the body of Christ, and individually members of it.” (1 Corinthians 12:27)

As the Body of Christ, we are called to live in love and unity, serving one another as Christ has loved us:

Speaking the truth in love, we are to grow up in every way into him who is the head, into Christ.” (Ephesians 4:15)

Through our shared dependence on Jesus, the Church is built up in love for God’s glory.

  • Ministry & Mission

Ministry & Mission - We believe that every believer was created to serve God and to live for His glory. As followers of Jesus Christ, we are called to participate in His mission by seeking and saving the lost, serving others in love, and trusting the Holy Spirit to work through us.

    Jesus defined this mission, saying:

For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.” (Luke 19:10)

Scripture reminds us of the value of this calling:

He who wins souls is wise.” (Proverbs 11:30)

As we depend fully on Jesus—our only need—we serve God faithfully and carry His gospel into the world.

  • The Second Return of Jesus

The Return of Christ - We believe that Jesus Christ will return personally, visibly, and gloriously to judge the living and the dead, fully establish His kingdom, and make all things new. His return is certain, though the time is known only to God, and it calls believers to live in faithful obedience and hopeful expectation.

“For the Lord himself will descend from heaven…” (1 Thessalonians 4:16)

“I will come again and will take you to myself.” (John 14:3)

“Behold, I am coming soon.” (Revelation 22:12)
